Food Manufacturing: Growth and upgrade
The Food Manufacturing industry requires up to date machinery and systems that meet health and safety standards and produce quality outputs. We were asked by a client to attend their site and review a potential update project that we could undertake together. The vast scale of the project required all hands on deck from both FESS Group and the client to achieve their complex project goals.
Challenges
The project was completely new for the business; something they had never implemented before and did not have the knowledge to approach with full force. After the site visit, we were confident that we could carry out the brief effectively for the client to reach their project goals. At the time, the company was going through a rebranding process to overhaul their brand identity and image. As a result, the company had a contract on the table for a large investment opportunity.
Solutions
Our proposal for the tender was successful; the client loved our ideas to upgrade their technology and grow their business. We carried out every service required to complete the project to the highest standard. This included fabrication, automation process and the construction design and management for the overall project. Engineering Manager, John Evans, said: “Without a shadow of a doubt I was confident that FESS could deliver.
